Your breath invites you to become more aware of your body and inner experience. This workshop offers a gently supported journey through your inner landscape — with room for feelings, connection and new perspectives.

Mama Cacao accompanies this special pause as a plant valued in ceremonial traditions for warmth and openness of heart. Be curious about what you notice, and meet yourself at your own pace.

Before you take part, we explore together whether intensive breathwork and cacao suit your current situation. If you have an illness, are pregnant, take medication or have health questions, prior clarification with an appropriately qualified professional is required.
